Guy Kedem

Guy Kedem is a partner at GKL.

Guy's main focus is on Intellectual Property Law - copyrights and trademarks - as well as Computers and Cyberspace Law. Guy also specializes in the fields of Commercial and Civil Law and Litigation: Unfair Competition Law & Commercial Torts, Corporate Law, investment and shareholder agreements, High-Tech, Labor Law and employment agreements for senior employees, complex business transactions, Antitrust and Restrictive Trade Practices as well as Control of Financial Services Laws & Regulations (Provident & Pension Funds).

Guy was born in the USSR and made "Aliya" as a child in 1979. He received his LL.B. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2002 and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2003 after completing his articles with Ben-Zvi Koren & Co. Law Offices.

Guy also gained in-depth expertise in the field of Administrative and Constitutional Law and took a key part in some of the major and more controversial cases brought before Bagatz (The Israeli High Court of Justice).

In 2004 Guy served as an advisor to The Minister of National Infrastructure and was a candidate for the 16th and the 17th Knesset (Israeli Parliament). For several years Guy headed the Modiin city chapter of one of Israel's leading political parties.

Currently Guy manages the IP forum in LawForums  - Israel's leading law forums website (www.lawforums.co.il). He is also an active member of the Israel Bar IP committee and a member of ISOC-IL (The Israeli Internet Association) where he serves as a member of the election committee.

Guy is fluent in Hebrew and English. Guy speaks Russian and Arabic (both conversational).
