Kiril Shefer is an associate at GKL.

Kiril practices diverse fields of the Israeli law, including Civil and Commercial Law and Litigation together with International Litigation, Arbitration Law, Real Estate Law and Real Estate transactions.

Kiril was born in Moscow, Russia and made "Alya" in 1991. He received his LL.B. from the University of Haifa (2007) and his double masters degree (LL.M.) from the "European Master in Law and Economics" (EMLE) program from both the University of Bologna, Italy and the University of Hamburg, Germany (2008).

Kiril was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2009 after completing his articles in a leading private Israeli law firm, specializing in both Civil and International Litigation.

Kiril is fluent in Hebrew, English and Russian.
