From 1980 until 1993, Mr. Ejenbaum was employed with various firms in Miami, Florida, as a commercial attorney working in the fields of business law, contract law, commercial relations, and the like. From 1993 until 1996, Mr. Ejenbaum was COO of Payd Associates, Inc, an exporter of electronics to Central and South America. From 1996, in that vein, Mr. Ejenbaum spent a significant amount of time traveling and negotiating contracts for sales and distribution in various countries.
From 1996 until the present, he has been engaged in business, commercial, contact, regulatory compliance law with an emphasis on business relations. Mr. Ejenbaum has significant experience in trial work, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
