Monte Silver is of Counsel at GKL.
Drawing on his legal and business experience in the United States and Israel, Mr. Silver provides counsel to entities, investors and charities active between the two Countries. Specializations: representing the legal interests of foreign businesses, individuals and charities in Israel. On the transactional side, his focus is representing foreign clients with regard investment and joint venture agreements, establishment and operations of their Israeli activity. In the area of dispute resolution, represents companies and individuals in a wide range of business, real estate and personal matters. Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Silver clerked at the U.S. Tax Court and Estate and Gift tax division of the I.R.S. Mr. Silver earned his B.A. at UCLA in Business Administration (summa cum laude), and J.D. at Boston University School of Law. He resides is Israel but spends significant time in the United States. Mr. Silver enjoys writing and his articles have been published in leading legal and business publications around the world. back to attorneys |
